150 things in 2020

Tallinn has really nice Christmas market.

Someone shared a post on Instagram, saying that you should write down 300 things you want from 2020. Or want to do etc. Why 300? So there would be small things. I thought that it is a pretty good idea - at the end of this year I can take this list and mark down what I actually did. I think it is also rather difficult task, but decided to try it anyway. Here we go.

1. I get my weight up to 50 kgs.
2. I eat cake out with a friend or family.
3. I find myself a flat.
4. I read at least 25 books.
5. I go to another country for work.
6. I post to my blog on every Monday and Friday.
7. I buy myself some jewelry.
8. I do the meditation challenge.
9. I go somewhere in Estonia where I have never been to before.
10. I ran a marathon.
11. I use less plastic.
12. I study Norwegian.
13. I go to at least 3 concerts.
14. I write several articles about music.
15. I try to bake bread myself.
16. I meet up with friends from another countries.
17. I travel to at least three different countries.
18. I try another 100 teas.
19. I try to bake something new (in addition to my kringle and strudel).
20. I go to spa.
21. I get back into bouldering.
22. I go and visit my parents more.
23. I worry less.
24. I will be more spontaneous.
25. I go to an adventure park.
26. I save more money.
27. I have Vegan Tuesdays meaning I will only eat vegan foods on Tuesdays.
28. I write something original.
29. I read more poetry.
30. I go to cinema more.
31. I go to theater more.
32. I make more art.
33. I watch more movies.
34. I waste less time in social media.
35. I drink less soda.
36. I write my business plan.
37. I eat more fear foods (like pasta, quinoa).
38. I fill my bullet journal.
39. I eat out more.
40. I read more popular science articles.
41. I read more magazines and newspapers.
42. I will try to get more sponsorships.
43. I try new workouts.
44. I donate old clothes.
45. I buy myself more clothes (and donate old ones!).
46. I donate to Foodbank.
47. I go to animal shelter to walk the dogs.
48. I talk to more with my relatives, and meet up with them more.
49. I listen to at least one new artist every week.
50. I learn one poem by heart.
51. I try to get rid of my habit of walking around so much (this comes from anorexia, meaning I can't be still at all.)
52. I do yoga.
53. I watch a Disney movie.
54. I take some photos every day.
55. I try and make new porridges (polenta, millet).
56. I try savoury porridge.
57. I make more smoothies.
58. I use oil more while cooking.
59. I let others cook for me.
60. I accept cookies and other food things when someone offers me some.
61. I avoid counting calories.
62. I try to clean 15 minutes every day.
63. I go for a hike.
64. I meet new people and get new acquaintances.
65. I try more handcrafted beers.
66. I watch some Estonian movies.
67. I listen to Estonian music more.
68. I get some new piercings for my ears.
69. I say "I don't want to do this" less.
70. I am awake for longer (going to bed at 9 sucks).
71. I learn to understand my emotions better an voice them too.
72. I come up with new recipes myself.
73. I get braces,
74. I lend more books from the library.
75. If necessary, I go to the hospital again.
76. I engage more in talking in a group of people.
77. I write down 3 positive things every day.
78. I have more "liquid calories" and get over my fear of them.
79. I try new foods (for example when I am in Japan!).
80. I send more cards and letters.
81. I give more compliments.
82. I decide faster and more bravely.
83. I go to stores less (also food stores).
84. I am there more for my family and friends.
85. I find myself a better psychologist in Tallinn.
86. I buy a new TV (the old one hasn't worked for years).
87. I drink less coffee.
88. I go and visit someone abroad.
89. I make a video from travel memories.
90. I play more board games.
91. I ask friends and family to visit me more.
92. I join a gym again.
93. I reread all Harry Potter books.
94. I watch all Harry Potter movies again.
95. I grow herbs at home.

97. I get a magazine subscription.
98. I lend and drive around with a bike.
99. I make dinner for my family.
100. I have something other than porridge for breakfast.
101. I swim in the sea several times.
102. I will start talking to people I haven't talked to for a while.
103. I am more honest towards myself and also others.

106. I try to have a journal.
107. I print out more photos and put them into my journal.
108. I pass some training in some area.
109. I go through pictures in my computer and delete bad ones.
110. I go through photos in my phone and delete bad ones.
111. I practice calligraphy (for example for bullet journaling).
112. I make my bed every morning.
113. I watch more documentaries.
114. I listen to more podcasts.
115. I write down dreams I have had.
116. I try to write poetry.
117. I smile more.
118. I make more food to take to work with me.
119. I eat less added sugars.
120. I drink more water.
121. I learn to do a proper pushup.
122. I surprise people more.
123. I learn new English words.
124. I worry less.
125. I play with my cat more.
126. I take on more challenges.
127. I take new opportunities.
128. I try to combine work and hobbies.
129. I try out new hobbies, in the hopes of finding something I really love.
130. I break my routine.
131. I use my time more efficiently.
132. I make my own cookbook.
133. I call more instead of sending a message.
134. I try to make better gifts.
135. I watch a TV series (for example get back into Doctor Who).
136. I read more blogs.
137. I do something interesting with my hair.
138. I learn how to do my make up better.
139. I get rid of antidepressants.
140. I have a giveaway.
141. I play a computer game.
142. I read someone's biography.
143. I learn new things at work.
144. I do something nice for a stranger.
145. I set some goals for each month (getting ideas from here).
146. I practice gratitude.
147. I tell people dear to me how much they actually mean to me.
148. I think more of the future.
149. I won't make any more of these kind of long lists.
150. I actually complete some goals set here.

So, I couldn't make it into 300. :D And these 150 took me all day!
